At Ardova PLC, one of Nigeria’s largest downstream oil & gas companies, I led multiple enterprise-wide infrastructure and process optimization programs valued at over $30M. The business was undergoing a critical transformation period, from consolidating acquisitions (with Enyo Retail), upgrading assets, to modernizing operations to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance. This required cross-functional program management, balancing technical, financial, and stakeholder demands across retail, lubricants, and corporate services.

My role placed me at the center of coordinating engineering, supply chain, IT, and executive leadership, ensuring projects stayed aligned with corporate strategy while delivering measurable operational impact.

  • Improved customer experience and brand perception by developing customer-centric lubricant packaging assets informed by insights from 1,000+ customers and 50 dealers, boosting adoption and loyalty.

  • Enabled executive decision-making by building Tableau dashboards and readiness reports to track cost, schedule, and Clear-to-Build (CTB) risks, driving timely interventions on high-value projects.

  • Achieved cost-effective execution of $250K+ upgrades across 20+ gas stations by leading procurement coordination, vendor selection, and PO/invoice cycle tracking with supply chain teams.

  • Secured on-time Go-Live for 5 gas station infrastructure projects by aligning construction milestones, supplier timelines, equipment delivery, and regulatory approvals to achieve CTB readiness.

  • Mitigated 50% of infrastructure-related risks through proactive risk mapping, supplier coordination, and issue tracking across engineering, operations, and OEM partners.
